This approach has been analysed below; Phase 1 – The Company has identified a multi ‐ level property to house the lounge in the business district of Michigan. This two tier property will house an exclusive members club on the lower floor, with the lounge situated on a higher floor. It is estimated that each floor will cover an area of around 1500 square feet The lounge will operate from 6pm ‐ 2am (depending on the prevailing regulations) and provide alcoholic/non ‐ alcoholic beverages, live music by DJ’s and multi cuisine food. Phase 2 – The company expects to increase the number of lounges across the USA as part of this phase. Currently, the company plans on extending Lounge 264 to New York, Chicago and Boston by 2015. Phase 3 – The Party Group will launch its own clothing line to leverage its brand image. Phase 4 – Fashion and lifestyle television is a growing segment with huge potential.
