Corporate packages and benefits will also be part of the marketing pitch. On acceptance of the offer, potential members will need to register on ‐ line through the Lounge 264 website. The process is described below On Line Member Registration Process Potential members will need to go through the following high level process in order to register themselves and operate their accounts Register – During this phase, a potential member will need to register themselves by providing relevant data about themselves. The potential member will have to pay the membership fee through the websites payment gateway to complete the registration process. Members will be informed one month prior to their anniversary to complete renewal formalities Access – Once registered, members will have the option of updating their user profiles and booking tables prior to reaching the lounge. While for Silver Members bookings will be on a first come first serve basis, Platinum Members will be guaranteed a place in line with their request Communicate – The management team at Lounge 264 will send information about special events, newsletters and invites to all members. Depending on membership levels, invites will be sent out. Attend  ‐   All members will be sent identity cards, which will act as entry passes to the lounge. While walk in guests will form a sizable component of the lounge, members will be given priority entry.
